51°µÍø Cox has collaborated with senior executives at Fortune 1000 companies to develop signature programs designed for mid to senior level corporate executives and corporate board members.

These programs build confidence, self-awareness, and leadership skills by understanding the value of participants’ diverse perspectives and how they can lead a new wave of corporate culture that embraces inclusive leadership. The 51°µÍø Cox LLI currently offers the following award-winning programs: Corporate Executive Development Program (CEDP) and Rising Latino Leaders (RLL).

    • The Asian American Pacific Islander Leadership Development Program (ALDP) is a one-of-a-kind immersive learning experience dedicated to propelling today’s top-performing AAPI talent to become tomorrow’s business leaders. ALDP examines the obstacles keeping talent from being fully recognized and offers research-based suggestions for actions to help Asian talent grow in their careers and influence.

  • Corporate Executive Development Program

    • The Corporate Executive Development Program (CEDP) is a one-of-a-kind, immersive leadership experience designed exclusively for high potential Latinos who are mid-level managers and directors preparing for executive levels of responsibilities.

  • Rising Latino Leaders Program

    • The Rising Latino Leaders (RLL) program prepares participants for success in their first managerial positions and equips them to progress into higher levels of responsibility. This innovative and intensive experience is unique from other senior leadership development programs by focusing on cultural awareness and competence throughout all sessions.
