About
BJ "Coach" Warren has been with the Department of Applied Physiology & Sport Management Department since January of 2013, bringing in a wealth of knowledge and expertise. BJ's previous teaching experience includes stops at Collin College and West Virginia University at the collegiate level plus teaching at the middle school and high school level.
BJ heads up the Wellness department research in conjunction with the PRW – II classes. This wonderfully developed program is designed to instruct students about the components of health-related physical fitness and how the components are important for a life of wellness.
In addition to teaching, BJ coaches swimming over the summer months. From coaching high school and summer league teams, BJ has coached 10 State Champions, 7 All-Americans, 11 All-American considerations, 3 Academic All-Americans and broke over 150 team records.
