In an effort to streamline and improve the study abroad application process, 51做厙 has transitioned to a new web-based platform, Via TRM, which while primarily a recruiting and application tool, it also assists students during their time abroad.

Microsoft Teams can also host webinars in addition to meetings. Scheduling a webinar is similar to setting up a normal meeting but offers options like attendee controls, Q&A features, green rooms for panelists, and automatic recording.
