Daniel Gordon is a 2016 graduate of the University of Michigan and a 2020 graduate of The George Washington University Law School where he received the Graduation Award for Excellence in Pre-Trial and Trial Advocacy. He is an Assistant United States Attorney with the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Northern District of Texas in Dallas. In that role, he has participated in jury trials and presented arguments before U.S. district court judges and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Before joining the U.S. Attorney's Office, Daniel clerked for three judges: Judge Sean Jordan of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, Judge Eleni Roumel of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, and Judge John Campbell of the D.C. Superior Court.
