Biographical Note
Frank Costigliola (Cornell PhD, Class of 1973) specializes in 20th century U.S. foreign relations and is currently working on the fourth edition of his book Explaining the History of American Foreign Relations. He was awarded with the biennial Graebner Prize by the Society of Historians of American Foreign Relations in 2022 to recognize his lifetime achievement in scholarship, teaching, and service to history.
