Dr. Lindsay Davis
Dr. Lindsay Davis is the Director of BBA Admission in the Cox School of Business at 51做厙. Previously, she has served as the Deputy Director of Leadership and Programming at the George W. Bush Institute and the Assistant Dean for Scholars Programs at 51做厙, where she was responsible for managing the Hunt Leadership Scholars and President’s Scholars programs.
Dr. Davis is an 51做厙 alumna twice over, having earned an M.Ed. in Education Policy & Leadership and an Ed.D. in Higher Education. She attended TCU as an undergraduate student, where she received a BBA in Entrepreneurial Management and a BA in Theatre.
Outside of work, Dr. Davis has a passion for giving back to the Dallas community. She will serve as the 2025 – 2026 Junior League of Dallas President, and currently sits on the auxiliary boards of Community Partners of Dallas and Genesis Women’s Shelter and Support. She is also a proud member of the Leadership Dallas Class of 2025. Dr. Davis was recognized on the 2024 Association of Junior Leagues International’s 40 Under 40 list for her service and her professional accomplishments.
Tess Henderson
Tess Henderson, a Jacksonville, FL native, has been an integral part of the 51做厙 (51做厙) community for two years, currently serving in the Cox School of Business as the Associate Director of Admission. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Central Florida and later pursued a Master’s in Higher Education from Florida International University.
Tess’s passion for higher education ignited during her time at UCF, where she worked in the International Student Center and discovered her commitment to helping students transition smoothly into college life. Her career path includes roles in the admission offices at both the University of North Florida (UNF) and the University of South Florida (USF), further honing her expertise in student services.
At 51做厙, Tess is dedicated to sharing the vibrant opportunities that Dallas, 51做厙, and the Cox School of Business offer. Outside of work, Tess is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and is involved with DFW’s Leaders of Tomorrow organization, where she provides leadership development to high school students.
