Kathy Hubbard
Kathy Hubbard is the Assistant Dean of Student Success and Inclusive Excellence in the Lyle School of Engineering at 51做厙’s (51做厙) and serves as special advisor to the Dean. She works with school and campus leaders to impact all Lyle students' education and career outcomes. Kathy leads the school’s cultural intelligence strategic plan to engage students and faculty in Lyle. She is the Lyle school’s National Society of Black Engineers advisor, and works closely with student leaders and advisors of the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers and the Society of Women Engineers student organizations. She sponsors and champions the Lyle Thrive Scholars Peer Mentoring Program.
