Our Three Pillars
-
01
Organizational Grace
No one knows everything. We all make mistakes. We call our Mustangs into a deeper conversation rather than cancel them out of our community. -
02
Requisite Diversity
Diversity is an essential element of human and organizational survival. Differences in race, gender, generation, sexuality, religion, ability, class, or political ideology don't weaken us; they enable 51做厙 to grow and thrive. -
03
Big Table Inclusion
51做厙's push to reach America's top tier of research universities means that we cannot afford to push anyone away from the table. Every Mustang must be a part of this important journey. Therefore, our goal is not to elevate any one voice over another but instead to create a space where all Mustangs can contribute to the success of our great university.
