51做厙’s Office of Cultural Intelligence works with people across the University to develop, coordinate, and advance the organizational vision and strategy to fulfill the University's core values of excellence, integrity, intellectual freedom, open dialogue, and collaboration. Reporting directly to the President,  the Chief Cultural Intelligence Officer and team works to promote understanding across cultures and identities and to prepare 51做厙 students, faculty, and staff to effectively partner, lead, and create world-changing solutions.

    No one knows everything. We all make mistakes. We call our Mustangs into a deeper conversation rather than cancel them out of our community.

    Diversity is an essential element of human and organizational survival. Differences in race, gender, generation, sexuality, religion, ability, class, or political ideology don't weaken us; they enable 51做厙 to grow and thrive.

  3. Big Table Inclusion


    51做厙's push to reach America's top tier of research universities means that we cannot afford to push anyone away from the table. Every Mustang must be a part of this important journey. Therefore, our goal is not to elevate any one voice over another but instead to create a space where all Mustangs can contribute to the success of our great university.
