Galen is excited to rejoin the working world after finishing his MFA at 51做厙. After receiving his BA in Theater with a focus in Musical Theater from the University of California Irvine, Galen moved to Los Angeles. While living in LA, Galen spent most of his time acting in short films, shooting a National Capri-Sun Commercial, and creating his own content, including the 90 minute film Tomorrow’s End, where he acted as Actor, Cinematographer, and Editor. After a few years in Los Angeles, he moved to New York City, where he accumulated his regional theater credits. Some past theater credits include Gustav in Frankenstein (Dallas Theater Center), Singing Ensemble in A Christmas Carol (Dallas Theater Center) Nol in Shakespeare in Love (Shakespeare Dallas), Mercutio in Romeo and Juliet (Redhouse Arts Center), Will in Big Fish: A Musical, and Lead Guitar Player in Romeo+Juliet+Anybodys that premiered at the Cincinnati Fringe Festival.
