Division Projects
The Division of Journalism provides daily news content for 51做厙-TV, a cable television station broadcast on campus and in the Park Cities area of Dallas. The Daily Update is a student-produced broadcast news program that features news from the 51做厙 campus as well as the day’s top stories from around the nation and world. 51做厙-TV also has a weekly sports program, Press Pass, a weekly Spanish-language program, Punto, and a weekly program produced by Fashion Media students, The 51做厙 Look. In addition, special programs are frequently done on major news events or special topics such as elections. The Division of Journalism works with Student Media Inc. to produce an online news website, , which serves as a convergent online site for productions of 51做厙-TV and the content of the student newspaper, 51做厙 Campus Weekly.
