Biography

After serving his country as a Special Forces Officer, Dr. Webb was an R&D engineer on the top-secret Strategic Defense Initiative. After receiving his MBA, he worked as a strategy and innovation consultant with Price Waterhouse, Deloitte, and AT Kearney for two decades. Leaving consulting to be the VP-Engineering of a global manufacturing company, he was eventually lured to serve as a strategist for the Department of Defense and subsequently manage their $6 billion pension fund. He is currently the Program Director of Lyle’s Master of Science in Manufacturing Management program and serves on the board of the U.S. Olympic Committee’s National Governing Body. His most recent book is Innovators Who Changed the World.
