Engineering Summer Camps
We offer summer camp programs for students in 6th through 12th grades. These summer camps are authentically Lyle, as the facilities, staff, and curriculum are all unique to the Lyle School of Engineering. -
Dallas Regional Science and Engineering Fair
The Dallas Regional Science and Engineering Fair (DRSEF) is a non-profit organization that holds an annual science fair for 6th - 12th grade students at public, charter, private and home schools in Texas Education Agency Region 10. DRSEF is affiliated with the Intel International Science and Engineering Fair.

TEDxKids@51做厙 was the first ever TED style conference for kids in the country. Middle school students in 6th, 7th and 8th grades from across North Texas come together to engage with big ideas and great conversations.
-
The Kids Ahead program is an initiative to increase the number of kids with science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) competencies and interests. Our program is designed to inspire young people to learn about STEM through innovative interactions in the physical and virtual worlds.
-
The STEM-Works program supports STEM professionals, club leaders, parents and teachers that are working in their local communities to increase science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) skills in our nation.
By providing these volunteers access to quality material on exciting subjects like Robotics, Wind Energy and Forensics, we hope they will help young people gain confidence and interests in STEM fields.
Other Camps
The Hamon Engineering Camps are for local, underrepresented middle and high school students. We work with our partner schools to fill these camps.
