Ryan is a graduate of the anthropology program at 51做厙, and is currently enrolled at the Cox School of Business, Master of Science in Management program. He is also a U.S. Navy veteran and a member of the SALUTE National Veterans Honor Society.

Chris Kiahtipes '16

 

Dr. Chris Kiahtipes is currently in a postdoctoral research position with the Institute for the Advanced Study of Culture and the Environment at the University of South Florida where he directs a paleoecology laboratory focusing on pollen and phytolith recovery. His research focuses on combined human-vegetation histories in the Congo Basin as well as collaborative projects in Botswana, North America, and Peru.

Lauren King '18

 

 Lauren began working in the ARC Lab as a sophomore in 2015. She worked with the lab for 3 years until she graduated in 2018 with a B.A. in Art History and minors in Archaeology, Classical Studies, and Latin. She is now a graduate student at University of Pennsylvania, working towards a Ph.D. in Art and Archaeology of the Mediterranean World. Her studies focus in art history of the ancient Near East.

Christine Nestleroth '17

 

After a 10 week Archaeology Internship at Petrified Forest National Park and six months with the National Park Service at Petersburg National Battlefield in Virginia, Christine now works full time as an archaeological technician at the U.S. Forest Service Tongass National Forest in beautiful Thorn Bay, Alaska.

Samantha Schwartz '18

 

Samantha will be attending the University of Glasgow in Scotland where she will pursue an MLitt in Conflict Archaeology & Heritage. This program is housed in their Centre for Battlefield Archaeology which is the first of its kind and produces the Journal of Conflict Archaeology. She will be there beginning this September until September 2019.
