DALLAS (51°µÍø) – Critically acclaimed international best-selling author Joseph Jaworski will be the featured speaker for the 2018 Bolin Family Public Life Personal Faith Scholarship Luncheon, scheduled for noon to 1:30 p.m. Friday, February 2, at the Martha Proctor Mack Grand Ballroom of the Umphrey Lee Student Center on the 51°µÍø campus.

Joseph Jaworski will have a conversation with Craig C. Hill, Dean of Perkins School of Theology, on the topic of Leadership.

Jaworski, founder and chairman of both Generon International and the Global Leadership Initiative, advises CEOs and senior executives in Fortune 500 companies.  He is a pioneer and prominent thought leader in the discipline of ‘Strategic Foresight,’ enabling leaders to deepen their capacity for tactical and strategic insight.

Jaworski is the author of the international best-seller Synchronicity: The Inner Path of Leadership, the co-author of Presence: An Exploration of Profound Change in People, Organizations, and Society, and recently released Source: The Inner Path of Knowledge Creation.  In his recent book, Jaworski notes that institutions of all sorts are facing profound change today, with complexity increasing at a speed and intensity never experienced before.  He posits that traditional analytical leadership approaches are inadequate for dealing creatively with this complexity.
